Our Time Foundation (OTF) is a youth- and women-led community organization transforming lives across Uganda’s Karamoja sub-region. Born from a local movement to confront poverty, gender inequality, and climate injustice, OTF empowers marginalized communities especially young people and women to lead the change they want to see.
Through grassroots initiatives in gender equity, youth empowerment, climate resilience, and social inclusion, we co-create sustainable solutions that put communities in charge of their own future. Trusted, transparent, and driven by those we serve, OTF is building a just and resilient Karamoja led from the ground up.
VISION
OTF envisions a transformed society where historically marginalized communities especially youth and women rise with strength, lead with dignity, and shape a just, resilient, and equitable future.
MISSION
To empower grassroots communities to lead inclusive initiatives that tackle poverty, inequality, and environmental injustice, advancing the rights and well-being of youth and women in vulnerable areas.
